Great place to spend an hour playing VR games! Not expensive, but could have more services. A bit far from center but the price sis good because of it. Recommended to play 2 sessions as if it is your first time, you will spend first session understanding the game rules. In general we spend a great time and will be back again soon!

We came with group of friends, amazing experience, amazing staff (Carlos, Jonathan y Gabriel). They were very helpful and did an amazing briefing. We will be back as soon as time allows.

We went to the kids pods. The devices don't adjust well, especially the headphones, have no sound at all and there's mechanisms underneath the pods themselves that are supposed to simulate the movements of what you visualize. Well these are broken or supposedly "under testing"... And it does take away a lot of the quality of the experience. I ve done it elsewhere, it's just a different league when the pods move. The personnel is nice.

The staff seemed to be in a rush, so that wasn't extremely nice as a welcome. The experience together was a bit different than the one I had in Dublin. I wouldn't go back here.

Every time my friends and I visit abroad together, we go to play VR - this time (and this is the only one so far) that the experience was not good. We pre-purchased 2 rounds of the game, we came especially from the city center and dedicated an evening to play and we were very disappointed: 1. The equipment had a strong smell of sweat 2. The space also had a strong smell of sweat 3. One of our players was unable to play for long minutes due to malfunctions in his technical equipment 4. The second game we played was not challenging, it was suitable for children aged 3 and there was no coordination of expectations or recommendation when we made the order 5. Due to this, we played with small children who screamed during the entire game (poor people, they also wanted to have fun and stuck with us) We approached the company after a few days to receive some sort of compensation for this experience - and what we received from them was a cold response that did not relate or express empathy. Not recommended!

I had issues with the equipment and basically every few seconds a black screen. Only after repeatedly raising my hand, they finally changed my equipment. Lost at least 10 minutes like that. After the session I told them about my disappointment and only received an email address for my complain. Sure enough no one ever bothered to answer my email. Overall a disappointing experience. Not to mention my friends equipment. For him they had to change the battery during the game
